Registering your email address with Mindspark will ensure that you are notified of product releases, are eligible to use discount codes, and can participate in our User Forums. You can remove your name at any time by sending a blank email to support@mindsparkinc.com from your registered address. Put the word REMOVE on the subject line. Removing your address will void any active Discount Codes you may otherwise be entitled to. Please allow a few days for removal to take effect.
Our registrations are handled by an outside service provider, WebPlus.net. Please be sure to read their Terms and Conditions. After signup, you will be sent an email from “server@serifwebresources.com” with confirmation instructions. If you don’t receive it, please look in you Spam or Trash folders in case it ended up there.
