Mindspark Inc (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates a website at mindsparkinc.com (the “Service”), primarily to promote mobile applications (“apps”, “mobile apps”) developed by us, and to provide links to Google Play and the Apple App Store for their download. We may also post articles about, and host advertisements for, products and services consistent with our Mission (see About).

As of this update, the Service promotes the following apps :

Poynterra Trekker Android (distributed via Google Play)
Poynterra Trekker iOS (distributed via Apple App Store)
WhoBuys4Whom Android (distributed via Google Play)

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service. At present, The Service collects NO information about you other than your email address (only if you choose to be notified of new postings in the News & Musings section of our website). Our apps DO NOT collect, store, maintain or share ANY information about you, or your contact list, with our Service or with any third party. They also DO NOT share your location, real-time or otherwise, with our Service or with any third-party, unless specifically directed to do so by you.

We do, however, reserve the right to request information from you at certain times, and these requests may involve the use of outside services (see Links to Other Sites below). These requests include, but are not necessarily limited to, in-app purchases, in-app reviews, invitations to subscribe to our newsletters, and correspondence with product support (see Contact Us). These requests are always voluntary and will never negatively affect app operation. Collected information is NEVER shared with, or sold to, any third party.

Our Service and apps may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site.
